Our workshops are based on the 6 innovation principles of:
Business Case Development.
And apply for corporate and community, or youth group alike!
In the first phase, Exploration, we set the agenda with delegates for the session, and then we head out on immersions, in and around the operating environment, or community, allowing our participants to explore their famiiar world in a new and different way.
Ideation usually occurs in a controlled workshop space and follows established (eg. Design Thinking or Business Canvas) and hybrid methodologies to bring out the best of our participants - based on skills, expertise, and ideation capability.
The Design, Prototyping and Testing phases occur on paper, in digital wireframes, in digital or physical models - depending on the need / business problem. And can occur as a quick workshop solution or be integrated into a further lengthy project.
The Business Case is developed by participants to be integrated within internal organisational processes.
The workshops last 2 to 3 days...or more extensively for extended prototyping or incubation
